Gap - Service Design

Responsible for entire design of a change management tool for Gap corporate executives. This was rolled out to 40 executives and eventually 4,000 employees. This became the prototype for future Learning Design Network project and clients. The workmap was transformed from a generic poster (see the last image for the "before" state) into an dynamic, interactive learning experience, triggering conversation and insight.

Worked with Gap executives to build a learning game for change management.
